Our Story
Rever was created from a lifelong passion for movement and a desire to do things differently. Founded by Hollie, the studio was built as a space that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive, where people can train with purpose, move with intention, and feel confident in their bodies.

Our mission is simple: to help people feel strong, confident, and at ease in their bodies. Through thoughtful, science-led movement and genuine support, we create a space where everyone can train with purpose, without pressure or judgement and grow at their own pace.

As the founder, I work closely with my personal training clients to create personalised training and nutrition plans that support their goals, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing.
