About Rever Fitness Studio

I’m Hollie a personal trainer, Pilates and yoga instructor, and the founder of Rever Fitness Studio.

 

I started out as a sports massage therapist because I’ve always been fascinated by biology and movement, and I’ve been training myself since I was 13. Working alongside physiotherapists gave me a solid foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention, which still shapes how I coach today.

From there, I became a personal trainer coaching clients of all abilities. As my coaching evolved, I discovered Pilates and not long after, I completely fell in love with yoga. Yoga brought everything together for me: strength, mobility, breath, focus, and discipline. I now teach The Method X yoga, which perfectly aligns with my love for structure, precision, and the science behind how the body responds to heat and repetition.

I’ve always known I wanted my own studio. I could see a gap for something I had envisioned for a long time, a space that felt motivating but not intimidating, challenging but supportive. A place where people could train properly, move with intention, and feel genuinely cared for.

I deeply care about my clients and I truly want the best for every person who walks through the door. My coaching style is motivating, and encouraging with a strong focus on technique, safety, and intelligent programming. Whether you’re a complete beginner or highly advanced, you’ll be supported and challenged in equal measure.

At Rever, strength and calm come together. We blend science-led training with a more intuitive approach, creating a space where anyone can build confidence in their body, free from pressure or judgement.
